Our client is one of the largest and most recognized luxurious retailing companies in the world now strongly expand its business in Asia and it continues to keep the highest standards for materials and workmanship.
As the emerging market rapidly grows, the company needs a strong finance team to continuously support its business growth in these regions. In this context, they are actively looking for Asia Finance Head to oversee the finance and accounting.
The daily responsibility was to direct the overall finance functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, treasury, tax and internal control compliance, ensure the accuracy and on-time delivery of all management and statutory reports/filings, analysis, reporting packages and ad-hoc requests from the management, liaise with both internal and external, local auditors, analyse and interprets financial data to provide management with actionable recommendations, play a key role in various process improvement initiatives, being able to drive cross functional initiatives from start to finish and monitor results for further enhancements.
To be successful in this role, candidate shall have bachelor degree and professional qualification(CICPA, or equivalent), at least 10 years of relevant PRC experience in retail or FMCG with 3 to 4 years of big 4 audit experience preferred. Strong business sense with MNC retail exposure is an advantage. High knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and US GAAP/IFRS as well as internal control procedures are needed.
