Our client, a large and well known government department, is seeking experienced call centre operator for an immediate start.
To be successful in this position, you'll demonstrate excellent telephone manner as well as the ability to relate well to people, develop rapport quickly and show empathy.
Candidates will have a strong proven background in customer service, and be passionate about people and finding solutions. Previous government experience would be beneficial, however is not essential.
It is essential that you hold a current security clearance, with the minimal requirement being a protected baseline clearance.
