Thanks to their continued commitment to leading the way in modern HR practices, an opportunity has arisen to expand their National HR team through the appointment of a Human Resources Manager in Perth based from the corporate office in the CBD.



Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will work closely with the senior leadership team in WA providing operational support and strategic implementation to the business as a true HR generalist. Key areas of responsibility will include; leading organisational change programs, leadership coaching, identifying and delivering on continuous improvement initiatives, succession planning, development and implementation of talent acquisition, management and retention strategies and employee and workplace relations.



You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in an autonomous capacity both operationally and strategically. You will be working in a highly corporate and professional environment with a bustling atmosphere and be able to drive a high performance culture through a diverse group of senior leaders. A degree level qualification within a relevant discipline is essential as is a strong knowledge of local legislation.
