Due to continued growth in the Queensland market this business are expanding operations and offering an exceptional opportunity to join their organisation.



These are pivotal roles within the operation which is accountable for leading the development of a team while also ensuring a high standard of service to their customers.



In this role you will be required to ensure an efficient operation through high productivity, minimum costs and controlled inventory. You will develop a team culture that promotes professionalism, pride, loyalty and ownership while always maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and safety. Overall you will manage all aspects of the short and long term strategic and operational goals set out by the director.



To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified and have experience in a similar role within a logistics or supply Chain Company. You will have proven experience in team leadership.
