Our client a market leading IT company are currently seeking an Billing Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.



The position has come to be due to continual growth and there is now a need for an experienced billing co-ordinator to join their team.



You will report to the Billings Manager with the purpose of the roles being the accurate and timely processing of billings for entities in Australia and internationally. You will become the billings system matter expert and you will be responsible for data maintenance.



Your main duties will consist of maintenance of billing data base, database user support and Billing processing and administration such as processing of Billing for Australia and international entities including invoice generation and mail out, running the ETC's, price rise collation of data and mail outs, main point of contact for Account Executive and customer queries on billing/credits, credit card billing management, monthly Direct Debits collation and processing for Australian, creation and mail out of monthly customer statements and processing of client refunds.



You will need to show excellent time management skill and computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel. Having then ability to understand how information in one system impacts on another IT system is essential.



You must have previous billing experience to be considered for the role in a medium to large organisation such as IT, Utilities, FMCG.



International billing experience is highly desirable.



You must have a permanent visa to work in Australia as this is a permanent position.
