Our client is looking to fill this exciting newly created position for an experienced Marketing & Brand Executive based in their prestigious Wangara Office. They are market leaders in their field and have an excellent reputation with clients who are in the B2B area. The Exciting Opportunity:


This is a newly created permanent position and this is a very urgent requirement. You will be working closely with the marketing team (4 people) so we are looking for the successful candidate to be a great team player with a talent and flair for digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns with a large focus on digital channels. This challenging and varied position will see you taking an autonomous role of managing communications plans and adapting depending upon campaign performance.



You will be highly competent in delivering the marketing communications strategy which is already in place, along with managing various marketing projects and campaigns to drive sales, increase brand visibility and grow their market share.

You will be managing the development and implementation of Marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital channels along with implementing multi-channel innovative digital marketing strategies. Additionally, a large part of this exciting role will include campaign management, developing creative briefs, briefing external agencies, proof copy, managing campaign timelines, monitoring marketing budgets and analysing campaign performance. You will also be responsible for key stakeholder management whilst working with key senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration, coordination and implementation of campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of the corporate marketing strategy which includes implementing all online and offline marketing campaigns i.e. PPC, direct mail and email. Also, you will take control of delivering leads into key product areas through advertising across various online and offline mediums whilst measuring and tracking lead performances month on month. Additionally you will take ownership of the brand, 2 websites, 2 mobile sites, a mobile app and various other online portals. Finally, you will be responsible for managing relationships with various external agencies and monitoring of annual budgets and marketing performance.



The Successful Candidate:


You will need :

* A Tertiary qualification in marketing related discipline,

* Possess solid digital marketing experience from development and delivery to tracking and reporting

* 2-3 years' experience working in a similar marketing role

* Proven experience in developing marketing campaign strategies with a resourceful approach to coming up with new ideas

* Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage short and long term strategies

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for usage offline and online

* Leadership skills with the ability to mentor other staff.
