HP Software is currently recruiting for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to be based in Canberra. This role reports to the Director, Inside Sales Software, APJ and is part of a high performing Software Sales team.



Responsibilities:

• Pursue new business through cold calls/call outs within the HP Software ITOM and ADM portfolio


• Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns


• Follow up on lead generation and qualification


• Carry and achieve and/or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets


• Collaborate with and coordinate with HP Partners on sales opportunities


• Identify and close Inside Sales opportunities with existing customers and new customers


• Continuously identify opportunities for customer development and revenue growth

Knowledge and Attribute Required:

• A minimum of 2 years’ Sales experience


• Proven track record in achieving and/or overachieving quotas in Software Sales


• Innovative and driven in the pursuit of new business and/or portfolio enhancement


• Strong achievement focus, highly energetic and perseverant


• Strong ability to engage with people and build relationships


• Excellent communication skills, including phone communication skills


• Understanding of the IT industry and competing vendors
