Our client is an iconic name in luxury retail. In conjunction with Hays retail, they are currently recruiting an Allocator with the opportunity to develop their career to become a Merchandise Planner.



Reporting directly to the Senior Merchandise Planner, the Allocator will be responsible for ensuring effective stock allocation across all stores to meet customer demand and maximise profit. You will be work closely with the Merchandise Planner; supporting in all aspects of the role. You will further communicate effectively with all retail stores to ensure you have a good understanding of product and allocation needs.



The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Allocator or Junior Planner for a well-known retailer. You will ideally have come from a high-end or luxury retail background and will have a good understanding of the product category. You will have outstanding communication skills and will be able to build relationships with store managers nationally. A background working in retail stores is highly desirable. You will have intermediate excel skills and will be able to pick up technical systems easily and effectively.
