Hays are recruiting for an international organisation who specialise in industrial manufacturing. They have operations throughout the Asia Pacific region and are looking for an experienced Franchise Marketing Executive to join their team in Western Sydney.



Reporting in to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to all of the franchises across APAC in delivering marketing and promotional activities. You will manage the budget, maintain Franchise websites, email campaigns, web lead enquiries and online orders, and develop in house marketing collateral, including brochures, marketing templates and ad hoc publications. You will need to build strong relationships with the agencies and the Franchise Sales Manager to maximise the effectiveness of local sales and marketing campaigns.



To be considered for this job, you will have at least 4 years marketing experience working in a franchise model business or dealer group. You will understand small businesses, have a competitive nature and have worked in commodity based market environments.
