A top tier financial institution based in Tokyo is currently looking to expand the compliance department by adding another experienced professional.



The role focuses on coordinating compliance initiatives between company staff and regulators as well as monitoring operations from compliance point of view. The team has 5 people at the moment and this is a new headcount.



There is a degree of flexibility associated with this role and as such compliance experience in either bank, asset management or securities would suffice and ideally REIT or Trust Bank exposure would be an advantage.

Candidates with legal experience in financial services are also going to be held in high regard.
