A top-tier global investment bank providing top service in wealth management and investment banking is looking to hire a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage and support all Accounts Payable operations.



Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible of providing accounting support such as audit checking, data posting, client services handling and financial reporting. Additionally, you will support the Accounts Payable function to process all invoices and other reimbursements, as well as ensure all processes are compliant with company policies.



To be a successful candidate, you must have a minimum of 3 years of accounting / audit / financial accounting experience acquired from MNC, including 1 year of accounts payable experience. Candidates with previous experience at financial institutions are highly preferred. You will be detail-oriented, organised and able to work under time pressure and tight deadlines. You must have excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
