Hays have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to work within a growing business based in the North East. This will be a permanent position to join the business during a period of significant growth.



This job will be reporting directly into the HR Director and you will be responsible for the efficient operation of HR services. The role will involve driving high quality and effective day to day HR Operations, drive continuous improvement, maximising productivity and providing direct line management to a team of HR Administrators and Assistants. There will also be responsibility for a range of additional duties such as the provision of accurate management information, extremely high standards of governance, internal and external audit requests, monitoring activity levels and service delivery as well as agreeing SLA's and monitoring performance against them.



As the HR Operations Manager, you must have prior experience of working within a Generalist HR Management role, managed a HR Team as well as working very closely with Senior Management and Directors previously. CIPD certification is essential.
