Inside Sales Graduate Position

Hewlett Packard hopes to have opportunities for recent graduates to work with our Enterprise Group Sales organization in Conway or Little Rock, AR.
In anticipation of these positions becoming available, we are looking for individuals that fit the job description and qualifications shown below.
HP is seeking candidates that will be responsible for actively hunting new sales opportunities and selling and supporting customers in the IT technology area. The team is responsible to drive outbound marketing campaigns and support the installed base calling efforts. The rep works collaboratively with management to drive marketing programs, lead qualification, demand generation, sales initiatives, demo development, support, incremental revenue for inside sales and work closely with internal and external HP customers and teams marketing and selling HP services and solutions. In this role you will be expected to encompass supporting and/or selling within HP's installed base for expanded wallet share and to achieve assigned product quota, build customer confidence in HP's remote sales capabilities and drive opportunities from qualification to closed won.
Responsibilities
- Proactively sells multiproduct/service or integrated solutions to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates other Sales Professionals, involving Channel Partners in fulfilling customer application needs.
- Provides expertise input on market trends, customer's equipment and application needs to extended sales team.
- Handles ambiguous, non-routine problems and makes appropriate decisions usually confined to technical matters or services.
- May be the single point of contact for an account.
- Partner with Sales Team to develop and execute account plans through the management and coordination of sales activities.
- Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge to position and map HP capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives.
- Aggressively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.
- Execute campaign follow-up and lead management.
- Responsible for pipeline and forecast responsibility in accordance with sales center business process.
- Coordinates BU delivery organizations to support client engagement and service in the account.
- Proactively manages key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value
- Engages HP sales specialists, channel and alliance partners to fully leverage the portfolio of HP solutions.
- Actively engages executives to build strategic relationship which favorably position long-term business opportunities for HP and are complementary to overall account activities.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to research and understand client's industry to enable to understand business strategies and challenges
- Prospect Development or Lead Generation Skills
- Demonstrates ability to leverage existing relationships and builds new relationships with executives in the business and in IT.
- Adept at advanced sales negotiations and positioning solution value under pricing pressures from customer IT and procurement professionals
- Sales negotiation and deal closing skills
- Works independently
- Account responsibility with quota.
- Works in assigned territory/ account.
• Demonstrates a successful ability to leverage Hp's portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition.
• Ability to learn and utilize internal CRM tool and demonstrate ability to manage sales pipeline activity
