Reseller Operations Trainer (Temp)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with all teams within the Reseller operations group to meet the training needs of the group.



This is a very visible role within the team and will suit a dynamic and energetic self- starter who is committed to developing the team to support the changing needs of the business.



Key Qualifications




  • •Previous training/teaching/coaching experience is preferred

  • •This person will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the Apple systems.

  • •Ability to listen and provide clear input.

  • •Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment cross-regionally and also cross-functionally.

  • •Drive improvements on an ongoing basis.

  • •An understanding of the training cycle (training needs analysis, determination and design of training content, delivery and support of same, and evaluation/validation of effectiveness) is essential.

  • •Ability to develop opportunities for learning and development outside the traditional classroom environment.

  • •Fluency in English is essential.




Description



•Identify on-going specific training needs within the team and effectively address these needs as they arise

•Deliver New hire training including development of training materials where required. This role is particularly focused on training the Channel Support account management team

•Participate in training meetings and to proactively plan and develop training schemes and materials

•Liaise with department managers and team leaders to ensure the programs you are designing meet business needs and add value to the Reseller Operations tea

•Evaluate all training delivered and to maintain accurate records of same

•Maintain up to date training materials, facilitator guides and process knowledge at all times

•Work with training colleagues in other regions to meet globally agreed training goals and objectiveS

• Provide a positive and enthusiastic approach to woRk and the work environment at all times

•Provide a motivating environment for learning

•Maintain a professional demeanour and attitude at all times

•Ad hoc duties, seen as necessary by business owners and the training organization



Education



•Relevant third-level qualification in learning /education is preferre

This role is suited to an individual who can demonstrate expertise and skills in the following areas:

•Excellent communication skills, a positive and professional attitude

•Self motivated and self starter

•Proven ability to learn complex systems and process information

•Good record in providing excellent customer care and achieving statistical targets
