An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing Property Investment / Property Management firm which specialises in Investment from Asian markets.



Known for its presence in the property market and the property investment arena particularly within the Asia business community this fast growing entity is looking to appoint an entrepreneurial Investor Senior Client Operations Analyst.



As the Senior Client Operations Analyst you will be responsible for projecting investor returns, operational reports and financial material to provide to those clients/investors. You will be responsible for the development of this process which may include analysing large data sets and cash flow analysis. Further responsibilities will include investor pack creation and you will use your own initiative to work closely with the business owner to best serve clients. Due to the client base of the business coming from China / South East Asia you will be fluent in Mandarin.



As the successful candidate, you will have an exposure to financial analysis skills, including exposure to numerous cash flow lends. You will be an enthusiastic, self motivated individual looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a fast growing Financial Investment business. Ideally you will have exposure to Property Finance/ Property Investments and have some understanding of Mezzanine Finance.



Due to focus on the Asian Property Finance market in Melbourne Mandarin language skills are a pre requisite.
