Work for a prominent Western Australian Builder that has a number of commercial projects underway and a healthy order book moving forward. Due to an increasing portfolio of projects, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.



You'll be primarily responsible for the delivery of an apartment development north of the river. As a Site Manager you will form an integral part of the company's Project Management team working alongside a highly experienced PM and proven group of sub contractors. You will be based on site and report to the Project Manager as you take on the following tasks, technical support to site teams & trades, Construction management reporting and QA specifications



To be successful in this role you'll require extensive site supervisory experience, ideally from the commercial industry. You will be responsible for the coordination of trades and be able to work with limited supervision. Organisation, communication, time management and inter personal skills, coupled with a thorough understanding of OH&S is essential for you to be successful in this role.
