Our client has a well established brand in the building and development of commercial projects in the Sydney region. With a mature approach to building they can offer a great environment to work in and develop your estimating skills!



To ensure their ambitious targets are achieved they are actively recruiting an experienced estimator. Working under a highly experienced estimating manager/director you will be responsible for the ongoing success of the company and delivering a profitable pipeline of projects to their site team.



As an estimator you will be responsible for the design, compiling and delivery of effective tender submissions for a wide variety of commercial building projects. This role involves but is not limited to verifying the brief and scope for each tender, conduct detailed takeoffs and internal measures, analyse potential cost savings, gains, losses & profitability, develop prelims and conduct risk and opportunity analysis.



The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience working in the Sydney construction market with a wide network of industry contacts which ensure you have been consistently winning projects throughout your career. You have worked on a variety of different types of commercial projects from data centres to office fitouts. You enjoy the thrill of the chase and enjoy immensely the satisfaction of playing a key role in winning the next project..
