HP Financial Services Account Manager

Sydney Area, Australia, AU - Information Technology and Services



A rare opportunity to join HP Financial Services (HPFS) as a HP Financial Services Account Manager is currently available. You will be based in Rhodes and will be experienced in customer facing roles dealing with strategic planning with Global Account clients.



Your responsibilities will include and be limited to the following:


  • Developing account plans and long-term sales pipeline to increase HP's market share.

  • Focusing on larger deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management, and selling a range of HP products and solutions.

  • Working with management to develop future business plans; independently determines methods for achieving plans.

  • Analyzing client industry and competitive research and information to facilitate rich client dialogue.

  • Focusing on generating new business and building, monitoring and managing sales pipeline activity.

  • Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly, annual quota and/or margin.

  • Ability to implement margin recovery activities/strategies.

  • Acting as a first interface for international accounts in collaboration with members of global business teams, and local teams.




Qualifications


It expected that you possess the following:


  • University or Bachelor's degree.

  • Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities.

  • Strong high-level customer management relationship building, especially working with executives in lines of business, and sometime board level.

  • High level of negotiation skills at high level customer management.

  • Adept at advanced sales negotiations and positioning solution value under pricing pressures from customer IT and procurement professionals.

  • Extensive partner organization intelligence and ability to work closely with multiple partners, to engage the client in business solutions.

  • Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes in complex, large deals.

  • Previous experience in HP Financial Services or a competitor in a customer facing sales role.

  • Previous experience working with large global accounts and commercial accounts of HP or a competitor.

  • Strategic planning ability from experience with a broker, captive financier or similar organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to build customer rapport and demonstrated ability to influence a decision on investment solutions.

  • Demonstrated contact list at CFO level.
