Infrastructure Project Manager

One of my Public Sector clients is urgently recruiting for an Infrastructure Project Manager for an initial 6 - 9 Month + Contract (with the possibility this will be a 12 month + contract).



You will have previous experience working on Infrastructure Rolls Outs, Refreshes and Disaster Recovery Projects, as well as knowledge relating to Business Change and Business Continuity. The successful candidate will come from a technical (Windows XP/ 7) background and have previous knowledge of EMC Products and vBlocks.



The main purpose of this role is to initially manage a Windows 7 roll out project, (experience managing a Windows 7 roll out would be highly advantageous), however this is not essential.



Working to assist the IT Director you will be the main point of contact for existing and future Infrastructure programmes. You will be an experienced project manager with a proven background of successfully leading a multiple teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise a changing and demanding work load, whilst delivering high quality solutions.



My client is looking for someone who can adapt and prioritise a wide variety of project work. You will need excellent time management, communication, and budgeting skills and be proactive to motivate teams, to deliver projects in line with agreed schedules.
