Currently entering an exciting growth phase, in terms of both product and market development this highly reputable organisation specialising in Financial Services has an urgent need for an accomplished Taxation Analyst/Accountant. This is an outstanding opportunity to become an integral part of a small, dynamic management team in a forward moving company. This position requires an immediate start and is initially being offered on a temporary fixed term 5 month contract which can be extended for the right person.



Reporting to the Senior Taxation Manager the day to day responsibilities of this role include quarterly and annual ATO reporting for investment accounts, investigation and resolution of all client, ATO and business queries in relation to tax issues, schedule and execute provisioning of client level tax in the superannuation environments including running and reconciling, preparation and lodgement of all client level tax and structured scenario testing, schedule and execute ATO reporting processes and reconciliations for Super Funds, processing of ATO contributions to Superannuation Accounts and schedule and execute ATO reporting processes for Managed Investment Schemes.



You will have demonstrable experience in all of the duties outlined above, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate into an established team environment easily. You will be diploma or degree qualified (essential) with CA/CPA accreditation (desirable). You will also be a motivated self starter with the ability to work unsupervised. Previous experience using Excel is critical to this position in order to hit the ground running. Previous exposure to the Financial Service Sector industry will be highly regarded.
