As one of the four big banks this leading and respected Australian financial services institution provides a comprehensive and integrated range of financial products and services. The business is currently looking to appoint three Technical Writers to contribute to a newly formed team that will transform an essential part of its business within Mortgage Services.



To be considered for this role you will possess a strong background in the financial services industry and will have a technical mindset. This role will involve you supporting the business by reviewing and updating work processes and procedures, building strong relationships with key stakeholders nationally and working within strict deadlines. The successful applicant will have previously worked in a similar professional environment and have an extensive skill set within technical writing. You will understand the importance of creating and maintain best practice guides and extensive work manuals. You will be able to communicate effectively with managers and have excellent writing skills. Understanding the importance of using appropriate language whist creating and updating work instructions is crucial, being passionate about playing an integral role in helping the business grow and evolve.



The available positions are for 6 months with a competitive salary on offer.
