Quality Engineer - Internship

The main responsibilities include:

• Triaging, troubleshooting and setting up of escalated customer issues related to PC hardware and software


• Setting up customer environments to help optimize issue replication


• Recommending creative solutions to product issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Studying in the field of Engineering or Computer Science at a Bachelor or Masters level


• Strong PC hardware and software troubleshooting background


• Strong Networking background


• Individual should be energetic, have strong work ethics, and a positive attitude


• Must have strong documentation skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
