Our client is a leading private investment bank in China and they provide advisory services in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Placements, and Initial Public Offerings (IPO). With their business expansion, they are urge to looking for the Associate candidate to join in their business analysis team.



As the Associate Level of Investment Banking, your responsibilities are including screening various news sources for potential deal leads and performing primary and secondary market research. Besides, you also need to develop pitch books, info memo and financial models and maintain day-to-day relationships with the client at the working level.



To be qualified for this role, you need to have 1-3 years of relevant experience, either at an investment bank, law firm, management consulting firm or audit firm. Bachelor Degree of Finance and Mathematics are preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
