A financial services house with a very strong business globally as well as in mainland China and Asia has created a new head count for an ISDA and regulatory specialist.



Reporting to the Legal Director and sitting in the Global Markets team, the new person will manage ISDA negotiations and related regulatory matters, as well a range of business lines including equity derivatives, stock borrowing and lending, structured and other types of investment products.



As a senior member of the legal team, you will also provide legal advisory across the business, assist with contract drafting and negotiation, liaise with external counsel and help develop new policies and guidelines as appropriate.



Candidates should be common law qualified and with excellent spoken English and Mandarin skills. You will have 6 or more years of post-qualification experience, including experience in a financial services and/or related regulatory environment. You will have strong knowledge of ISDA, derivatives and various kinds of financial instruments and investment products.
