With an immediate need for an Administrator to join their team and accommodate the needs of an expansion. Applicants should have previous experience working in a professional organisation demonstrating a sound understanding of excel, customer service and time management.
You will provide a variety of administration support including reconciliation, coding invoices, amending excel reports, phone work and ad-hoc administration tasks. Understanding inventory or warehouse knowledge is of benefit.
Being a strong administrator you will be systematic in your approach to tasks, flexible, adaptable, have intermediate computer skills, varied experience and a can-do attitude.
