Job Description :



Schedule: Full-time

Job Summary:



The Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting the Team Lead to ensure the successful execution of administration tasks around the ongoing operation of Scheduling related programs and processes relevant to business needs.



Key Responsibilities:



The Senior Analyst will lead 2 to 5 team members and execute a range of processes within the HR Service Centre, including but not limited to:

  • Demand creation /update

  • Employee calendar entry/update

  • Resource management related reporting

  • Other resource management related processes




Systems / Standards

  • Maximizing the effectiveness of the HR function by ensuring the Team use systems (myScheduling and SAP) and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards & SLA.




People Management and Development

  • Demonstrate effective teaming skills with internal and external team members




Customer Services



The position also involves

  • Ensuring that the Team responds to all employee enquiries in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service levels

  • Ensuring that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated to the appropriate person by the Team

  • Developing and recommending solutions to meet customer requirements in the most cost effective and efficient method possible through the Change Procedure process




Teamwork

  • Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to other team members during busy periods

  • Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate to the team lead with constructive recommendation




Process Improvement

  • Continuously improve HR processes by undertaking regular reviews and assisting in reviews administrative systems and procedures




Auditing

  • Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line




Special Projects

  • Assist ad hoc projects within the HR Service Centre to address continuous improvement initiatives






Qualification :



Relationships:

  • Reports to: Team Lead

  • Supervises: Assistants to Analysts

  • External Relationships: HR Service Providers (as appropriate)




Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience

  • Work Experience: Preferably 2-3 years relevant work experience and in-depth resource management knowledge

  • Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based at the AEE in Dalian




Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Fluent Japanese and advanced Personal computer and Microsoft Applications skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Flexibility and teaming skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated willingness to work in flat team structure and develop a range of HR competences

  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail

  • Understanding of general HR policies, procedures and current best practice

  • Demonstrated ability to set and meet objectives

  • Strong project & time management skills including planning, execution and follow through
