This global brand within the manufacturing industry is currently going through some exciting changes and looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager. The successful candidate will be expected to act at both a strategic and operational levels in order to meet the organisation's goals. As such, the position is directly responsible for the management of the Human Resources function across the manufacturing plant and to provide compensation and benefits leadership, drive strategic initiatives and to support over 700 employees.



Reporting to the HR Director and a dotted into the Operations Director, your focus will be around compensation and benefits, general HR duties and to bring a greater strategic focus to the human resources function through driving change across the plant.
