It is therefore essential that the successful candidate has worked in a similar facing role, with previous knowledge and experience using CRM databases. This role will entail promoting membership at conferences or events and creating marketing copy for a range of titles and publications. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be key when collaborating with third parties such as designers and printers and mail fulfilment firms, when assisting in the production and delivery of marketing materials.
The post holder will also be responsible for producing annual publications such as directories and bulletins and contributing to content updates on the company website, illustrating the need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office package. As well as this, the selected candidate will be expected to carry out various general administrative duties and maintain an accurate analysis of marketing produced with monthly activity reports and feed-back reviews. Candidates must have Excellent writing skills and able to produce high quality content with a pro-active attitude.
