Due to market trends the corporate advisory team are looking for a great junior lawyer to join them. They work across a broad range of matters including M&A, business succession planning, IP protection, capital structuring and general commercial. This team will give you an opportunity to work with expert Partners who are at the top of their game and share over 50 years of knowledge.
To be successful you will have 1 -2 years PAE working in a highly reputable firm with excellent technical skills and academics. You may also have experience working in-house and be looking for an opportunity to really apply your skills in a high achieving environment.
