The realisation of HP’s brand potential is based on maintaining an innovative online store presence. This role of IT Business Solution Manager will lead a sub-project to enable the new Online Store functionality to be embedded into the way the online store operations team work every day.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Document the business processes designed into the new IT design
- Document and prepare all of the user acceptance testing. This includes creating test scenarios, creating test script and assisting in executing the testing.
- Support change management processes and assist operations to accept the new system and changes
- Act as a liaison between technical and business groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
- Research and identify business process solutions to problems.
- Support and conduct visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
- Document requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
