This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your knowledge of HRIS implementation and BA skills to the forefront and join a dedicated project team in delivering the design, analysis and roll-out of a Human Resource System solution!



Using your exceptional skills in capturing current and future state business processes and participating in business process change activities, you will be responsible for coordinating and running workshops with SME's to gather business requirements, documenting business processes, conducting needs analysis, and providing inputs and advice around system and user documentation.



As a HRIS Business Analyst, it is essential that you have proven knowledge and commercial experience in the design and implementation of Human Resource and Recruitment Modules as part of a large scale HR system implementation. You will also be expected to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, present solutions to various levels of the business, as well as providing training and support to junior BA's in the team, therefore strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.



As you will be delivering project documents and analysis reports, it is expected that you will have strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (ie Excel and Word), and Visio. Previous exposure to project methodology such as Prince2 is also advantageous.
