Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. Job Description
The Security Operations Analyst role involved with day to day operational activities and helps managing the security components within the PCEHR National Infrastructure on behalf of the entire PCEHR Operations Team.
The role will be required to actively develop and maintain working relationships with all teams working in the project.
Australian citizenship is a mandatory and must be ready to apply for security clearance.
Major Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities of the role are to:
• Perform daily security operations tasks such as security monitoring and user support
• Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare the reports (Weekly and Monthly)
• Maintain production support facilities
• Contribute to the security incident management and problem management processes as requested, including security incident reporting, investigation and escalation processes.
• Assist the Security Operations Lead to ensure that security related support activities are completed within Service Level Agreement targets
• Australian Citizen
• Tertiary or Tafe qualifications in Computing and Information systems (preferable).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to transfer skills and knowledge to team members
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to act on own initiative
• Acceptance of responsibility for own work
Professional Skill Requirements
• Tertiary or Tafe qualifications in Computing and Information systems (preferable).
Desirable Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
• SQL Language
• Windows Server 2008R2/2012R1
