Geoscience Database Analyst

Houston, Texas Area, US - Oil & Energy, Oil & Energy

Hays Oil & Gas are currently representing a global E&P business on a Houston based support position. This position will be for a Geoscience Database Analyst to assist with the wide range of Geoscience data they need collated, QC'd and then loaded into their central repository.

To be successful in this position you will have previously worked with the collation of Geochemical and Geoscience data from multiple sources and have a solid knowledge of large complex datasets preferably PVT fluid data. You will be an expert in automation scripting, batch processing and using ArcGIS, SQL and Oracle systems for the Oil & Gas industry.

This role would suit someone who wishes to work with a leading Oil company in Houston in an essential support capacity. Our client will provide you will an above average income complete with bonus's, 401k and full benefits.
