A renowned Business Outsourcing Provider is looking for a Head of HR to oversee a dynamic team of HR specialists, as well as plan, develop and implement key HR structures and initiatives for an expanding organization based in the Philippines.



Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee the development and management of policies and programs to ensure achievement of the company's strategic goals, as well as key HR initiatives pertaining to employee welfare and engagement, organization and talent development. You will also supervise a team of HR generalists, and ensure day-to-day HR operations are run smoothly.



With over eight years of solid HR managerial experience with preferred prior experiences in start-ups, you will have strong business acumen and professionalism, with a deep knowledge of and experience in adult learning, blended learning and instructional design and development techniques. You will also be able to operate well in a young and vibrant working environment.

Remuneration package is in SGD. Expatriate allowance is provided.
