This highly reputable digital marketing agency is at the forefront of Brisbane's Digital marketing Industry. Recognised as one of the largest and most successful Digital Agencies in Brisbane they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join the team. The purpose of this role is to provide premier service to existing clients and DOES NOT require cold calling.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a portfolio of existing clients. This will include but is not limited to meeting clients, assist in the design of digital marketing strategies, provide project management support for clients including manage expectations and time frames, presentations and tender writing as well as any other ad-hoc requests.
To be the successful incumbent of the role you will possess a tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations or similar discipline coupled with a strong and successful working history as an Account Manager ideally within a media or digital agency. You will be a service orientated person with strong organisation and communication skills having the ability to work with clients at a senior level. You will have a strategic mind set with the ability to present key strategic achievements to clients as well as managing their expectations.
