An opportunity exists to join a busy and dynamic organisation to assist with high-volume credit applications and adjustments for multiple business entities.



Using your strong communication skills, you will have the ability to take on subject matter and industry specific information to assist your clients with queries and transactions around payments, credit limits, and more. You will have the confidence and ability to follow up outstanding invoices and money owing from both clients and business entities (franchisee), reconcile stock take, allocate payments to the general ledger and ensure your process is completed in a timely and efficient manner.



To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a proactive approach, high attention to detail and excellent communications skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to have a strong background in handling escalated issues and be experienced in initiating bad debt protocol with the knowledge and aptitude to work with your clients on agreed outcomes and payment plans.



Working directly to the Regional General Manager you will report on performance of the general ledger providing proof of your ability to reduce monies owed and credit limits. You will have intermediate Excel skills, and experience with using Unisys is desirable.
