This top tier international consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to join their highways and structures team. As an innovative leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue and ensuring excellence in project delivery. This is an opportunity to lead and grow the business and make your mark in the local Queensland market, whilst being supported by a national market leader in transport infrastructure design.



You will manage the delivery of all transport projects by providing sound technical advice and dynamic design solutions. Your passion for nurturing existing client relationships, developing new clients as well as winning projects will be critical to your success in this fast paced industry.



This is a high level leadership role which will see you managing technical delivery while developing and guiding the team to its full potential. Strong communication will be essential to facilitate continued success across this international group.



Your strong background in leading a design function for transport infrastructure along with proven technical knowledge will be essential. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification, RPEQ accreditation will be advantageous.
