Our client situated in the centre of the Western Suburbs is seeking two experienced Customer Service Officers for an immediate start. This role will initially be on an ongoing temporary basis.



Reporting directly to the Team Leader, it is essential you have at least 12 months experience within a similar customer service driven, call centre environment, have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise effectively with key clients and stakeholders on a regular basis. To add to value to this organisation you must have a demonstrated ability to create valuable conversations, be results driven, a strong ability to think of practical solutions and the ability to take initiative in demanding situations.



As part of your day to day duties you will be responsible for offering a range of services and solutions and support to key customers and clients. Efficient data entry skills and a strong ability to multi task are essential. You will be key to exceeding service delivery KPI's for internal and external clients and have the ability to recognise a problem and the initiative to actively seek solutions. Hours of operation will be 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday with rotational 8am and 9am starting times. It is essential for this role that you have had a strong working background in a call centre environment.
