This position is part of the EG HPN SC Global Operations team. EG HPN SC Global Operations is a dynamic place to work and we have continue to grow our revenue base for 14 consecutive quarters (since the acquisition of 3COM) and are looking for individuals who want to truly make a difference.



The Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking (ESSN) Supply Chain & Procurement organizations are counted as some of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network, and spend. These groups balance volume and complexity across HP owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HP Converged Infrastructure. From traditional data centers and applications to the Cloud to new data center models such as the HP EcoPod, HP provides technology solutions and services that help customers solve their most challenging IT problems.



Key Responsibilities

Key responsibility is to manage the HPN AMS localization planning and procurement activities in support of a revenue plan.

Supports supply planning activities that drive Supply Chain defects out of the process. Maintains the planning process defect POR and assignment of key resource project teams.

Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, cost analysis, logistics TAT, demand planning, supply chain operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).

Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.

Independently leads cross-functional teams across WW time zones to execute complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.

Partners with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.

Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement and actively drives improvement teams.

Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.

Typically leads complex and high impact projects.

Manages quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to support proactive supply chain operation activities & priority projects.

Drives negotiations and influences external partners as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:



First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

Typically 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain function.

Experience in one or more supply chain function - planning, procurement, logistics, supply chain cost management...

Excellent understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

Identifies cutting edge analytical tools, models and methods for making key business decisions.

Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.

Required to handle multiple projects and operational priorities with little direction or coaching.

Excellent internal and external relationship management skills.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

Very Strong project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies .

Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility

Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and regions.

Excellent understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP and master scheduling.

Strong leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.
