To meet the customers' expectation, this business strives quite hard and is seeking an accounting supervisor in Suzhou Industrial Park to drive business profits. The main responsibilities include producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends, arranging new sources of finance facilities, supervising staff and keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation. The accounting supervisor also needs to lead a team of 5 subordinates and set team goals and priorities and evaluate subordinates performance against those goals and priorities.



To be considered for the role, you are expected to have Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years working experience in finance & accounting in an international corporation, especially US Company. And you will be someone who has strong leadership and decision-making capability. Besides, you should be familiar with SAP and reporting tools, local tax laws and regulations, general and analytical accounting procedures, AP&AR, GL and Tax. Fluent English skills are also required.
