One of Australia's leading development companies is currently looking for an experienced construction foreperson for a high spec residential project in Sydney's South inner city. As one of Australia's most diverse property groups this company has developed a solid reputation for producing exciting and complex projects across all sectors of the building industry.



This project is reaching a stage where the facade needs to completed and internal finishes are due to start. There the person they are looking for will possess the following skills and experience:



* At least two years experience on mid to large size manager projects as a site foreperson.

* All round building knowledge from structural elements all the way through to internal finishing and defects. Internal finishes are the most relevant.

* Superb communication skills

* Excellent safety and risk awareness.

* Pride in your work with high expectations of yourself and your subcontractors

This project is initially a contract position and will have all of the advantages of such a role. There is the opportunity to earn exceptional money as you will make an hourly rate for every hour you work. An immediate start will be offered to a suitable candidate.
