A permanent opportunity exists for a technical IT Support Analyst to join a multinational corporation based in Brisbane's North. Supporting a leader in their field, the successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who displays strong communication and interpersonal skills and a great attention to detail.



Providing daily support to a multinational network of company personnel you will be required to receive and log requests for support, determining appropriate actions to take and efficiently prioritising requests to ensure the effective resolution of all issues. Technically you will be proficient across all operating infrastructure and will be familiar will all general IT infrastructure including hardware, databases, operating systems and local area networks. Supporting in-house applications, your experience of solving application support issues from customers within database and web environments will be hugely advantageous.



Due to the nature of the industry that you will be working in, experience with prepress software such as Adobe InDesign will be highly regarded. In addition to this, experience working with Salesforce or other similar support ticketing systems, will be essential to your success in this position.
