Hays are currently recruiting for a experienced foreperson to work with a well established Top Tier Fit - Out company with a great reputation in the market. Working in both the retail and commercial refurbishment fit - out sectors they have grown rapidly in the last few years and have a great pipeline of large upcoming fit - out and refurbishment projects up to the value of $30M throughout the Sydney CBD area.



Due to an influx of high profile projects they are now recruiting for a fit-out foreperson to oversee major fit-out and refurbishments within the Sydney CBD. Reporting to the site manager on the project you will be supervising the fit out subcontractors to ensure their work is completed to the required schedule and quality. You also be responsible for ensuring that they work according to the relevant OHS systems and procedures.



Ideally you will be from a trade background with extensive experience on large commercial refurbishment projects. You will have at least 3 years foreperson experience and have at least a working knowledge of the fit-out industry.
