Engineer I

Shanghai City, China, CN - Information Technology and Services





You are responsible to ensure Product Quality meets expectation in production and at the same time, responsible to lead and work with cross function team, including manufacturing partner to oversee the development of HP networking product. You will have leadership skill in organizing and ensuring things are executed according to plan.



Responsibilities

• lead a project team of other engineers and co-ordinate with outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality products. Ensure product prototypes are available according to project schedules. Collaborates and communicates with peers, regarding project status, progress and issue resolution


• Represents supply chain team in the project.


• May need to handle documentation and ensuring Processes are in place. This include creating Engineering Change Orders and BOM ( Bill of Material ) structuring.

Qualifications :


Education and Experience:

• Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Electrical, or other Engineering.


• Fresh graduate or has been graduated for less than 1 year.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Positive mindset, independent and has a good leadership skillsets
