United Technologies Corporate Headquarters is seeking a Human Resources Specialist. The successful candidate will have proven experience in HR project management and strong technical and analytical capabilities. Key responsibilities include: Manage and administer headcount reporting, including: monthly headcount analysis, semi-annual reports, and maintenance of Corporate data. Candidate must have the ability to summarize information, identify key themes and prepare presentation summaries. Develop and deliver standard reports for key HR processes, including: performance management, diversity, and engagement. Provide ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) project management and lead continuous improvement activities for the HR cell.Deliver Generalist support and work collaboratively with the HR team to identify opportunities to streamline processes. Support onboarding and development initiatives, compensation market data requests, and employee relations.Maintain existing e-Workflow systems and identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for increased workflow and automation. Create and update SharePoint sites for Corporate HR. Actively participate in enterprise-wide projects and councils.
