A delivery focused Application Production Support Specialist will be required to support Corporate Banking IT continuity programme applications. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Business Continuity mangers to gather IT continuity needs stated by entities in order to define critical IT assets. You will perform regular review if IT continuity level implemented matches the Business Recovery Time Objective.



We are looking for Banking focused Application Production Support Specialist with exposure in IT disaster recovery and business continuity and have been directly working or participating in such tests or actual events. You must have good technical knowledge of various technologies including server or database clustering, data mirroring and replication methods. You should be able to interpret in-country regulatory requirements and applicable codes to ensure compliance. You will also display a strategic approach, business awareness, and forward planning with great attention to detail.
