This organisation is focused on the rapid growth of the community by turning vision into reality and continuously identifying and developing growth opportunities. To accommodate the workload an immediate contract position has arisen for a Statutory Planner.



Your proven experience will ensure you effectively formulate and administer planning controls through assessing a range of development applications. You will draw on your expert knowledge to assist and advise customers on their land use planning queries.



To be successful you will be degree qualified in Regional and Urban Planning coupled with sound skills in assessing development applications. You must have established report writing skills with the ability to effectively problem solve. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will see you strive in this role. Previous experience in WA Planning legislation is essential
