Hays Property & Facilities have been engaged by their client a national property management company, to recruit for the position of Maintenance Team Leader for a location in Ottawa.



As the Maintenance Team Leader you will be responsible for; the supervision of a group of maintenance technicians; you will engage, monitor and manage external contractors; manage multiple maintenance contracts such as boiler, chillers and generator maintenance, the fire alarm contract and various other assigned to you; You will conduct analysis of energy consumption and make recommendations for cost savings; be involved in projects such as interior fitups from inception to execution.
