The State and Local Government Organization of HP is seeking a Technical Project Manager- Mobility to work in San Diego, California.
The Mobility Capability Group within the County of San Diego(CoSD) Applications Organization is currently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a fast paced team delivering enterprise class digital government services through a multi-channel mobility platform.
The Mobility Capability Group will deliver native, hybrid and web mobility solutions for the County of San Diego employees and citizens that incorporates Social, Cloud, Information and Mobile platforms.
Successful candidates for this role will have an Agile Generalist behavior attribute with strong emphasis on Outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Mobility and other related information technology projects/programs
• Ensure project requirements are appropriately specified to allow timely, high-quality delivery
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and statements of work, develop project estimates, work plans, staffing plans and advise on implementation strategy
• Maintain necessary Scrum and Product Backlogs
• Develop detailed project plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manage the agreed project plans and schedules
• Estimate and qualify the resources needed to achieve implementation success and ongoing support goals
• Provide performance feedback to project team members Coach, mentor and lead project team members, educating each in the methodology being used and their role in achieving success.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
•5+ years of direct project management experience in a large enterprise or public sector group focused on Mobility Solutions and Experiences
•Maintain Active PMI® PMP Certification
•Strong Agile Scrum and Lean Management experience
•Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Technical field
•Enterprise Mobility Project Management experience
•Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management
•Proven leadership skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work effectively in a time critical environment
•100% onsite based out of San Diego, California No Tele-Work
Additional Requirements:
• Scrum Product Owner Role experience
• Agile Generalist mindset
• Worked with Native, Hybrid and Web (Responsive Web Design) applications
• Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, Xamarin, C#, Java, and/or other languages
