Regional Sales Manager (APAC)
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, MY - Oil & Energy
Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager (APAC) who is also based in Kuala Lumpur, the incumbent is responsible to build a team of Sales expertise in Asia Pacific and lead them to develop and maintain relationships with clients within the region through ongoing meetings, promotional events and social interactions. Through this activities, they are required to also gather competitor intelligence and come up with specific market strategies based on the research. They are also expected to develop yearly budget and forecasts to submit for approval apart from overseeing the costing and pricing before quotations are issued. They are to visit sites of current clients and to follow up on their feedback, with capability to provide basic technical support when and where required.
The ideal candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with more than 10 years sales experience within oil & gas industry, targeting the major operators, preferably those who are already in regional sales capacity. Knowledge of down hole or completion tools and people management experience will be added advantages.
